The morning was spent nursing Mr. Perkins (our engine).
Later in the day we watched the schooners go out to escort the slave ship "Amistad" in to port. We then explored the old town of Shelburne which has been extensively renovated.
We closed the day by going to the government wharf to see the Amistad and some of the boats of the local fishing fleet that bring you your favorite fish dinners.
