DAY # 29 - HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA

AUGUST 14, 2008

Today is rained steadily all day until evening time. So we stayed on our mooring at the Armdale Yacht Club, which is nearly in the center of old Halifax.

Finally, at sunset it started to clear and we were permitted to emerge from our cozy cabin.

Much to our amazement many Canadians just carried on with their recreational activities during the rain, as if they were used to it, or else they considered this good weather since it wasn't cold and snowing. This is when we decided that we must also adapt our behavior and get used to functioning in the rain and fog if we were to get anywhere in our exploration of Nova Scotia.
